Getting clean edges
- Tolerance — raise it if a light halo remains; lower it if parts of the subject disappear.
- Edge softness smooths the outline against any new background.
- "Background touching the edges" keeps white areas inside the subject (like eyes or text counters); "This colour everywhere" removes every matching pixel.
Works best for logos, signatures, scanned stamps and product shots on plain backdrops. It does not cut people out of busy photos.
