Pomodoro Timer

Stay focused with the Pomodoro technique: 25-minute focus sessions, short and long breaks and a sound at each change.

How does the Pomodoro technique work?

The Pomodoro technique splits work into 25-minute focus sessions separated by 5-minute breaks, with a longer 15-minute break after every four sessions. The timer switches automatically between focus and breaks, plays a sound at each change, counts your completed sessions and lets you change every duration.

How to use it

  1. Pick one task and start the timer.
  2. Work without distractions until the bell.
  3. Take a real break — stand up, stretch, drink water.
  4. After four rounds, take a longer break.

If 25 minutes feels too short for deep work, try 50 / 10.
