What is my running pace?

Pace = time ÷ distance. Running 10 km in 50 minutes is a pace of 5:00 per km (8:03 per mile) and an average speed of 12 km/h. The calculator also predicts other race times with Riegel’s formula.

Riegel’s formula

T₂ = T₁ × (D₂ ÷ D₁)^1.06. It assumes you train appropriately for the longer distance; most runners are a little slower than predicted for the marathon.
