Include the end date?
By default the count is exclusive: from 1 January to 2 January is 1 day. Tick "Include the end date" when both days count, such as for hotel nights booked or a holiday period (1–2 January = 2 days).
Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays but not public holidays, which differ by country. To find a date a number of days away, use Add or Subtract Days from a Date.

What if the end date is before the start date?
The dates are swapped automatically.

365, or 366 in a leap year.
