Add Image or Logo to PDF

Place a logo, stamp or image on PDF pages — choose the position, size, opacity and pages.

How do I add a logo to every page of a PDF?

Choose the PDF and the image, pick a position such as top right, set the width as a percentage of the page and the opacity, and press Add image. The image is placed on every page (or the pages you list) and you download the new PDF.

Tips

  • Use a PNG with a transparent background so only the logo shows.
  • A width of 15–25% suits logos; 40–60% at low opacity works as an image watermark.
  • For text watermarks such as CONFIDENTIAL, use Watermark PDF; for signatures, Sign PDF.
