What happens to the HTML
- Scripts, styles and hidden template code are removed completely.
- Paragraphs, headings and divs become separate lines; <br> becomes a line break.
- List items get bullet points.
- Optionally, link URLs are kept in brackets after the link text.
- HTML entities such as & are decoded.
