What is the difference between Base32, Base58 and Base64?

They are ways to write binary data as text. Base32 uses A–Z and 2–7 and is case-insensitive (used for 2FA secrets); Base58 drops look-alike characters 0, O, I and l (used for Bitcoin addresses); Base64 is the most compact common one; Base85 (Ascii85) is about 25% shorter than Base64.
